Nothing but good can come from his working out with Willie. I really hated it when he left. It's also good for Willie too so he can get in better shape. It's not good to maintain all that weight after your career is over.

willie knows what it takes. nice move! scarey how close in build those two are. a few more years in the weight room they be mistaken for brothers
