this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; The buy out option is if Benson puts up 180 million he can sell the team. I don\'y have a link to this but I will look. I can tell you this the people in Los Angeles want public ownership ...

The buy out option is if Benson puts up 180 million he can sell the team. I don\'y have a link to this but I will look. I can tell you this the people in Los Angeles want public ownership of the soon to be L.A. franhise which means if the Saints where to go to L.A. than Benson would be most likely forced to sell the franchise ESPN reported this too weeks ago on Sportcenter. They also said the commish does not want the the Saints to move because New orleans is a great venue for superbowls.
