Khiry filled the gap that Ivory left pretty well.
He should be even better this year, improving his strengths and his weaknesses. I just hope to actually see balance on the field and not just hear about it in the press conferences. It sure would make Brees job easier if we can get 4-7 on 1st down consistently. 2nd-and-5's open up so many possibilities. 40-50 throws on Sunday is just way too many rolls of the dice. He might even be able to last long enough to mentor his replacement. If his 5000 yards becomes 3800, and we are 14-2 and at home throughout, I'm good with that. |
