It was definitely on purpose. But, I am sure there was no deep meaning to it. It was simply a joke. Payton has far too much understanding of people to make a jab at someone's manhood as a couple of you have suggested. I will guarantee you that Payton has no thoughts at all about Graham being soft. He knows that Graham played the final 2/3rds of the season with a torn ligament in his foot and was absolutely keyed upon the whole playoff game versus Seattle.

The simple fact is that this is the first time this off-season that Graham has been part of team activities and this was just a fun gag. Nothing more and nothing less.

I don't know if it's on purpose, I think all the rooms are like that. There's a picture of Tanner and Austin Johnson in their room and the walls are the same.

Mindgames and Motivation all part and parcel of great coaching. Ditka once told McMahon that he thought that McMahon was ignorant or unconcerned. McMahon responded Coach I don't know and honestly I don't care.
