PFF: Saints have NFL’s top offense

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I guess I'm in the minority. The Beastmode run was a great run. We were going to get knocked out of the playoffs the following week anyway. That 2010 team was too injured to win a SB. I don't hate ...

I don't hate Seattle either. Solid team. Although Sherman is a bit annoying (I'd still take him over TO any day). I hope we meet up in the playoffs with both teams at full strength. We were not well prepared for the regular season game, but we were for the playoff game. Both coaching staffs are quick studies.

I'm thinking you're messing with me huh? Of course it was a good run. One of the best I've ever seen if not the best. But it put us out the playoffs. And why would we have got beat the following week? With Drew at QB we have a chance every week period! And if you're offering me TO or Sherman in their prime, TO all day. TO was best or 2nd best WR in the NFL to Randy Moss and most said TO was better. Sherman isn't one of the top 5 best corners in the NFL. Heck he's not the best DB on his own team. He's a solid corner on a great defense. Yes Pete Carol is a good coach but A. He's from USC and B. He's from USC. Hate him. Finally heck yes I hope we meet in the playoffs. My dream is a Saints victory with 200yds rushing and Cooks beating Sherman deep at least twice. Papa Voodoo, you were messin with me right?

@billyt81, no I wasn't messing with you. Competition gets stronger each week in the playoffs and the 2010 team didn't have the juice (at least from what I saw). The 2011 team did. That SF loss stung bad, but it was a great game.

As far as the TO and Sherm, I was only referring to them being annoying...not as players. I'll take your dream victory any day

Great except for Jenkins and Harper being the "Toast Brothers"
