We are starting the third week of preseason, most of our WR have spent some time on the side, so has Drew... Timing takes ... Time, and I am not really interested in peaking during preseason. |

Maybe they meant he looked kinda rusty in his 1st practices after a 2 week absence, which is to be expected. I don't think we have anything to worry about with Drew. We do have a few concerns, but Drew isn't one of them. |

Opening with the Clowns makes this a bit more relevant. He under threw a lot of deep balls last season and this injury gives defenses license to press all game until he can prove he can beat it. Any observations on this from the camp faithful?

Morgan didn't have to break stride at all and it came in perfectly, bobby and deke overreact and try to stir up stories when there aren't any |

Re: Apparantly Brees has looked less than stellar
Bobby and Deke are sitting there, and Drew is supposed to be the franchise player, and they’re talking about practice. I mean listen, they're sitting there talking about practice, not a game, not a game, not a game, but they're talking about practice. Not the game that Drew goes out there and dies for and plays every down like it’s his last but they’re talking about practice man. How silly is that? … Now I know that Drew is supposed to lead by example and all that but he's not shoving that aside like it don’t mean anything. Drew knows it’s important... but they're talking about practice. They're talking about practice man. They're talking about practice. They're talking about practice. They're not talking about the game. They're talking about practice. When we go to the Dome, and we see Drew play, we've seen Drew play right? We’ve seen Drew give everything he's got, but they're talking about practice right now.
Hey I hear you, Bobby and Deke, it’s funny to me too, hey it’s strange to me too but you're talking about practice man, you're not even talking about the game, when it actually matters, you're talking about practice … How the hell can Drew make his teammates better by practicing? |
