Predictions for City of Tampa
So long as the Saints remain only a remote possibility of contenders (no real expectations) then I look forward to an enjoyable game. I think this will go until the fourth quarter, and then the Saints will capitalize on a couple of turnovers, kinda like last week I guess !
Saints 31 Bucs 20 And Deuce finally has a big game (140+ yds) |

Predictions for City of Tampa
How\'s their run D looking lately?? I know they lost McFarland to injury, and Sapp to fatness. Just curious.

Their D looks pretty mean right now, and the offense is scoring points. Tampa 31, Saints 24

TB\'s still doing better than us. Griese puts the D back in our place at the bottom, and the defense doesn\'t allow a Saints first down until the 2nd quarter.

Predictions for City of Tampa
Tampa\'s rush defense has been exposed a time or two this season, most recently by Atlanta and San Diego. They rank 22nd in the league vs. the run, but are the NFL\'s best against the pass. It comes down to play calling - we need to get committed to the run early, and not freak out when we get behind by a TD (and we will in the first quarter).
Their offense is far from fearsome, but is solid enough to hold the ball a long time against our already pitiful defense. Stop Pittman and get some pressure on Griese, and we\'ve got a shot: Saints 24 Bucs 20 |
