Yes, we've seen Luke in regular season games, and he was awful. And yes, I'm fully aware that we've only seen Griffin in the preseason. But watching BOTH QB's in the preseason, it is apparent to me that Griffin is the better quarterback. They had equal opportunity against equal competition. And beyond what I'm seeing just right now, Griffin also has way more room to grow, whereas Luke isn't likely to get any better.

With that in mind you should go with your best option to backup Brees. That doesn't mean if Brees gets hurt that I could see Griffin leading us to the superbowl. I just think he's a better QB than Mccown.
