This is getting way to far into the weeds brothers.

Our offense had 10 possessions. Scored on 6, punted on 2, TO on 2. We won the time of possession battle, even though they had one more possession than we did. Play book and game management was fine, pass/run balance was fine 60/40.

8 dropped passes (6 games worth in 2013) and 23 missed tackles (6 games worth in 2013) cost us the game.

How many 1st downs are stopped for them if we make 10 of those 23 tackles? That translates to more punting or FGs by Atlanta.

How many 1st downs or TDs are made if we catch 4 of those 8 dropped passes?

We lost because of on the field execution and you cant blame that on coaches. If we make those tackles, even playing off the ball doesn't cost us the game.

Atlanta' last possession before half was when the D started to stink it up. We had Atlanta reeling and we let them hit huge plays to set up that field goal

We won't be scoring 34 points on a good defense with the predictability at which we call running plays.

Ingram could break a few MORE runs if he didn't get the ball so predictably.
If he was in on first down, he got the ball. No questions asked.

We can't let the browns hang around next week, they nearly had a comeback win vs Steelers, we need to get ahead and put them in the ground

If we get into another shootout, I don't like our chances if our D continues to lay down

I agree with oak on all the missed tackles that was a strong point in our D last year was making the tackles

Defense should've made a play at the end of regulation. Champions make big plays to win games ,the offense did the defense didn't. NUFF SAID.
