Re: Batter Up, Khiry Robinson: Saints RB Due For Big Workload With Mark Ingram Out
I suspect what we may see is KR/PT pounding it and Cooks taking on more of the Sproles role and seeing more carries. I have yet to see Cooks get bounced out on an end around...
I have to say, its a small sample size but 3 carries for 49 yards 2 first downs and 16.3 yards per carry makes me want to hand him the ball more than once or twice a game. |

Robinson has looked good so far, which I'm mildly surprised at since he looked like crap most of the preseason. We'll be fine with Robinson and PT and I really don't think we have to change the run game at all. Both of those guys can pound the rock between the tackles.

I hope Ingram gets better soon, but for the time being I think Khiry will do just fine

PT is always amazing. Khiry is very good -- but he is not running with the same passion and purpose as Ingram. But, I'll be happy to eat crow if he starts killin' it the next 4 games.
