I think its more Deaderick playing well than Jenkins getting benched.

We're only gonna activate 2 DTs especially since Hicks can play DE and DT. Jenkins is just the odd man out right now.

IIRC, he graded out pretty well.

I don't think he recovered fully from his pectoral issue. He might be healthy, but not back to himself before the injury.

Saving JJ snaps to start the year? A 100% healthy Jenkins going full-speed in Nov/Dec will only help this D...if we ain't out of it completely by then, that is.
