I also ask myself why would we try out 2 CB while we have him waiting in the wings the only thing that I could come up with is he's not ready. Raw projects take time look at JR.(UDFA), SJB(2nd round) big difference but still raw projects but if Dixon(UDFA) is more ready I'm all for it and if Dixon would become a shut down CB and keep SJB or Robinson or whoever challenged him for his spot off the field I would be fine with it, it's competition that makes things better, from 1st round picks through UDFA.

I think we all knew SJB would take quite a bit longer than normal to develop. He was raw coming out and it shows. Dixon may be more game-ready due to his experience at the position. He probably had a smaller learning curve. |

Re: stanley Jean-Baptiste
I'd be for bringing Derek cox in, we were trying to sign him before we landed Keenan lewis
If anything he can add some depth to the position and he's showed he can be a good player in the right system |

Re: stanley Jean-Baptiste
SJB's skillset is as starter or not at all. I'm not concerned about him not playing at all. I firmly believe he will be the starter next season opposite Lewis. The person I would like to see get some snaps now is Sunseri. He made some plays and was always around the ball in preseason. The Saints need SOMEBODY to make a play or two. It would make all the difference in the world.
