Re: Malcolm Jenkins
You just had to mention Ellis. Why don't you just finish me off "Mortal Kombat"-style with an AB reference. He didn't do crap in Oakland after Brees took over here. I'm gonna go shave my tongue and chew on some aluminum foil now.

Re: Malcolm Jenkins
Their solid play elsewhere begs the question: Is it talent or coaching environment?

The past few seasons I've been hanging around here, Saints' roster was crowded with talent, it was inevitable the seams would burst and a few of 'em would have to get out. Y'all hang in there, I'm still not convinced the wheels are coming off in NO. |

Re: Malcolm Jenkins
You can tell Byrd is a player. He hits hard and moves well. Its hard for him, or any other of our DBs to make plays when they are getting absolutely no help from the defensive line. It all starts up front. You can have an entire backfield of Richard Shermans but if the QB has all day to throw and the D line is letting everyone get through to the secondary it wouldn't matter.
