More talent won't help this team. We have more talent on paper than another team in the league.

The coaching staff needs to bring passion back to the team. Remember the 2010 defense? Almost no real talent there aside from Vilma and Smith, but they were dogs and attacked everything they saw for a number 4 ranking in the league. In 2013 our defense had something to prove (because of 2012) and they came out like wild animals destroying the competition, remember the bills game, I almost felt bad for Thad Lewis.

Point is this team doesn't lack talent they lack passion and heart to be great.
