Took a chance, same way we took a chance on Jimmy Graham and Akiem Hicks... Sometimes they work out, sometimes they don't...

good question

Khairi? look at the kids history.

he ran away from Penn st when the crap hit the fan. in my book strike 1

coming out of USC injury issues were all over the kid. minor and a major. people questioned if he could play through some or not. strike 2

as an ILB he had very poor angles of attack inside and out. strike 3

the first strike made me wonder about his commitment,
the second one made me wonder about intestinal fortitude.
the last one made me wonder about his football IQ

he had the natural god given ability but was nothing more than a wasted pick. PS material at best.

Ryan blew this one big time.

4 126 Khairi Fortt

4 127 Browns - Pierre Desir
4 128 Panthers - Tre Boston
4 129 49ers - Dontae Johnson

I see two CB that could have helped us out big time. Dontae Johnson looked really good this week.

Exactly

Once again, our scouts or FO didn't do their freaking homework and wasted a valuable draft pick.

Well, they did spend a draft pick on him in the first place...Think the frustration is not spending an early round pick on linebackers...

Except that our front office wasted a 4th round pick on a guy who merely visited with us for 5 months.
