At least the defense showed some signs of life.
It looks like Suh is rubbing off on the rest of that defense. >.< |
Re: Officiating is why the Lions won this game.
On that Tate TD, White made usual WTF play and Vaccaro missed game saving tackle.

The Goodwin injury hurt, a lot. They started getting a lot of pressure

Re: Officiating is why the Lions won this game.
Lions won because we couldn't put the game away with 5 minutes left. Instead of scoring a TD, we kick a stinking FG to go up 23-10 instead of 27-10 with 5 minutes left.
Blame the refs if y'all want, but giving up a 73 yard TD with less than 4 minutes to go and up by 13 is pure hot garbage. |

You can't put the loss on any one person, but the team as a whole just does not have any killer instinct. As soon as they get a good lead they stop playing.
I sorry but Brees should no longer be considered "elite", if we had Rodgers or Manning or Brady we would have won this game along with others this year. I am not saying Brees is done, but Brees is no longer a winning QB and he is no longer elite in my opinion. |
