Rafael bush had hold of Reggie's arms, tough to argue with the call, even if it the penalties were biased.

It's not illegal to grab the arms after the ball make contact or the ball surpass the receiver. Now, go frame advance the play and you will see it wasn't PI,,not even close if you consider how the lions db's was covering our players
