Lester couldn't cover Cooks either, so it probably has to do with having only 2 healthy safeties going into the game.

They should be worried about Harper against Graham. I wouldn't be surprised if getting Graham matched up on Harper is a part of Payton's game plan.

Graham matched up on any NFL safety is always the plan.

I'm sure Carolina is licking their chops to get Greg Olsen matched up on Vaccaro.

In this case, I would suspect they're particularly pleased to match up with a safety that has a bad reputation with coverage.
