It's Payton.

There is no vertical attack to Payton's game, it only comes out of the PA fake and everyone knows it.

I think in the last two seasons our offensive line has been the worst since drew has been here.

2012 we stunk dude and just threw all over the place because we were usually down 20 points by end of the first quarter

Can't force it deep when teams are playing deep zone defenses against us.

What's your point?

You also realize Carmichael, not Payton, was the play caller during our 2011 record setting year right?

Longest completion was for 17 yards if I am not mistaken. Don't think we tried anything deep...

Teams have always played deep zones against us, it's not something new and we have beat it many times before. In the last 2 years we have seen a erosion offensively.

Yep, but Colston was a zone killer, he's regressed and crossing patterns kill that zone too but drew doesn't have the extra second or two like he had in previous years for those patterns to develop

Sadly not true.
4-5-NO25 (9:56) T.Morstead punts 25 yards to 5However it does not chage the fact - I say Morstead is a good punter.

Drops and awful busted coverages. More to do with focus and discipline than talent. I think we have enough talent. At the end of the day though the Division is still open to any team that decides to pull their head out of a general part of their body right now. I still believe we have the ability to do it but another performance like last week and they might as well leave their heads right there.
