Other than cooks and Graham, we just have a bunch of underachievers and Jekyll/Hyde players

I disagree. Solidify the O line and Brees can make stars out of nobodies for another 4 years.

Attrition and injuries have had an effect in this season like we haven't seen before.

We're missing more than a few dropped passes from Colston...

I want to see COLEMAN on the back of a Saints jersey. Get him out there.

Agreed, but I think the issues on offense are much easier to correct than the numerous issues on defense.

Excellent OG's, RT's and OC's can be had in the middle rounds of the draft. CB's and LB's are a bit more difficult to get in the middle rounds.

You are 100% correct in that if we can beef up the interior, Brees can be quite effective for several more seasons.

We should have made a play for Beckham.

I agree. When protected Brees has made all WRs look better than they are. Kurt Warner disappeared for about 5 years until he was put behind a line that could actually protect him.

Until he met us.

I think Beckham went higher than most expected him to

Most draft boards had him still around at 2 picks infront of us, I don't think anyone thought NY would take him at #11

We may have, but at #11 it would have cost us a lot.

Slowest possible set of WRs basically. I say WR1-Cooks,WR2-Jimmy Graham, WR3-Morgan, WR4-Toon, WR5-Tanner-Colston-too slow, Stills-no heart-lost 2 yds on a reverse against Baltimore. Fell straight backwards untouched to avoid getting hit>(probably screaming in a high pitched voice),"DONT HIT ME, DONT HIT ME !!!" All future TEs are block first guys that run good routes, cattch the ball and block like another lineman.(Hoby Brenner) Watson is acceptable.

I called out Beckham in my first pre-draft rankings and had him right behind Watkins. What's so funny is other than Evans those rankings were spot on.

1.Watkins
2.Beckham
3.Benjamin
4.Robinson
5.Evans

Robinson went to the wrong team. I then retooled it and went with this before the draft.

1.Watkins
2.Beckham
3.Evans
4.Benjamin
5.Cooks

Though I ended up wanting Cooks more because I believed all the combine talk of Benjamin and his bad hands.

Re: WR Depth Chart

I believe our offense looks best with Graham at WR and with a TE who can run block. After that our best WR are Cooks and Morgan. Stills and Colston are equally mediocre. We should give Toon and Tanner some looks. I'm gonna keep reminding everyone that Morgan is taller and faster than Odell Beckham Jr.
