I propose a new tie-breaker rule

If you have an overrated quarterback, a whinny wide reciever, at one point you were leading your division, then you lose to one of the worse teams in the league who doesn't even start their star running back, thus forcing a three-way tie, you're out!

Oh yeah, and last year you got put out by a 4-11 team on the verge of firing their coach!
