Yeah it means you're in so much pain from a cheap shot you can't react. Has zero to do with being on the field or not. He's a tough SOB just for playing through it.

I agree.
Some of us armchair TE's should see if we could just go thru one of his workouts without puking.

Yeah, that's where I'm going when I suggest it's more about physicality than toughness ... I'm pretty sure they're all tough enough, they just got to get a little more "in your face" maybe ... and as far as work-outs go, I'd just stick a finger down my throat & call it day before I attempt one of those,
