Re: 2015 draft??
lets see if the draft was today we would be picking 11 and the way injuries are piling up who knows. right now our best defense might just be a running game. so lets see odds are WR Kevin White wins out. praying for Brandon Scherff, OT, Iowa but if we pick this high i wish we would trade down, get picks and go with Benardrick McKinney. Yet again another BUT this is the saints we are talking about. But i am doing it
1 - 20 - Benardrick McKinney ILB Miss. St Go with the freak and see what they do with him inside or outside. odds are outside and pray they do not screw up yet another LB ***Trade result ***** 2a - Kevin Johnson CB Wake Forest Also one of the top 3 man cover CB. 2b - Jake Fisher, ROT Oregon Say hello to the new ROT for the NFL to stop the dual speed rushers out to stop the pass happy rules that are the CFL oppsss sorry NFL. size athletic and solid all around blocker. 3c - Hroniss Grasu, C, Oregon - experience in a fast-paced zone based offense. ******** 4- 107 - Vince Mayle WR Washington State Here is a nice basketball to WR project player. good speed but solid quickness and hopes. big improvements all around this year with the kid 5- 139 - A.J. Johnson ILB Tennesse how far does he drop and is he the next ILB to fall out of the draft? 6- 171 - ? 7-203 - ? Jake Smith OG/OC Louisville Tech sound can play all three inside positions. Boring pick but i like these type picks. nothing wrong with a solid swing man on the inside Maurice Falls OLB East Craolina what freaks rise and what player drops like a rock? Right now he is dropping like a rock. lets see if he can recover from preseason over hype. he is a freak, 6' 3" 247 4.47 ???? say what? vertical 36" squat 645 and bench press 425 pounds. does he have what it takes upstairs to become a OLB in the NFL? Couple of players i really like and fight with needs over talent are Jeremy Langford, RB Michigan St. - best blocking back in the country Laken Tomlinson, OG, Duke - this kid is all about massive upside, |

The receiver I was more thinking of is Langford. Also, I think Rob Smith could be a decent pick for CB. He plays for Arkansas and anyone who can light up a game in the SEC has to be considered.![]()
Armstead was from a division II school so maybe we should look for another OT from one of those schools? As for RB, Mike Davis is my pick he'll probably be behind Yeldon and Gordon in RB ranks. |

Meant to post this as a Trade Back Alternative... Round 1 - Trade Back Round 2 - NT Malcolm Brown, Texas (Jr); 6' 4", 325lbs Round 2 - LB Jake Ryan, Michigan (Sr); 6' 3", 235 lbs Round 3 - FS Kurtis Drummond, Michigan St (Sr); 6' 1", 200 lbs Round 3 - OG Jarvis Harrison, Texas A & M (Sr); 6' 3", 325 lbs Round 4 - LB A. J. Johnson, Tennessee (Sr); 6' 2", 242 lbs Round 5 - OL B. J. Finney, Kansas (Sr); 6' 4", 303 lbs Round 6 - DE Henry Anderson, Stanford (Sr); 6' 7", 295 lbs Round 7 - OL Eric Lefeld, Cincinnati, (Sr); 6' 6", 315 lbs At the end of the day, we've got to get better, younger, faster stronger, affordable personnel on the offensive line and and in the defensive front seven, and really up the middle; and we're gonna need more than seven picks to get it started... Have had serious doubts about the Jarius Byrd signing with regards to health and I don't see that changing... Don't list a CB because rather see us sign a proven, healthy veteran as we did with Lewis to complement same... Gotta feeling Loomis will end up re-signing Roll Tide, so that's why I didn't list a RB, which I believe should be taken in later rounds if we did so... Bunkley looks done, so NT to rotate with Jenkins, who I think is still injured, would do wonders to shore up the front... We need some depth at DE, especially with Hicks possibly leaving soon... |
It's not that my way is the right way, I just make the right way my way...

To get a better prospect than SJB was last year would be a huge mistake. this is not a year not to go after a solid #2 CB prospect IMO. should be able to start from day 1 at #2 spot 1-2 Trae Waynes P.J. Williams Charles Gaines Kevin Johnson Marcus Peters Equal to if not better than SJB coming out of school 3-5 Byron Jones D’Joun Smith Kevin White just to name a few after CB i have to go RT |
