2015 draft??
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Have been bullish on Ali Marpet for some time... But two different scouting reports said basically the same thing... Everyone acknowledges his athleticism and attitude as being fantastic... But in the two reports both said that he was a "project"... ...

But in the two reports both said that he was a "project"... Didn't we learn our lesson last year in drafting a second round project? Finks and Mora developed alot of talent here in New Orleans - That produced for other teams... First, Second Rounders (with maybe, maybe the exception of quarterback) should be ready to play Week 1 - that's why you select them that high... You take "projects" with later round picks... |
