GM should be long gone, agree! I wanted Romeo when we hired RR. I'd like to see either RC or WP. What is Ray Rhodes up to? That guy always had solid defenses. Jesus just get someone in here that has had solid defenses in the past.

really. I find it hard to believe Rob is not the one with the final word as to who he wants he wants with a pick then the front office and SP making the pick.

If that is the case Rob does not have the final say as to the defensive player he would want with a pick then this defense as a whole now makes whole lot of sense to me.

We tried to get him before RR but harbaugh blocked the move, it would be a great move but its not going to happen unfortunately

I just saw that on NFL network aswell

Saying he's spoke to the saints organisation and quote " They will look at a QB high in this years draft and wish they would have done a couple years ago."

I wonder if the team is thinking of trading or dumping Brees for the 2016 season. Dea money is 12 and 7ml over the next couple of years opening up 15-20ml of cap space.

They better not be thinking of drafting Winston though

The thought of freeing mucho cap space.... hmmmmmmm... do we really want to afford Brees money for a 4-7 performance from a QB?

It's not his fault the defense is complete crap and the O-line can barely block anyone.

Perfect game by Brees today and we win by 3.

The tackling was terrible at the end but we played prevent defense for 5 minutes, the missed tackles just made it worse

+1. I said a few weeks ago that our Brees has to almost play perfect to give us a chance to win each week. With the poor tackling and slow linebackers we have, this is still true.

In the defense of the defense; we were up by three scores with seven minutes left. Rob Ryan started calling a bend but don't break defense making the Steelers burn massive amounts of clock to score the two touchdowns...

The defense played well limiting points until the play calls changed...

16pts given up till the last two drives. Nearly 200 yards given up in them drives too.

I dont think we should run a prevent defense till we get at least one sideline to sideline LB that can cover the short passes.

The defense played very well most of the game on the road to a team that has been putting up big scores.

They need to make them interceptions though. Thats Hawthorne and P-Rob now who have bith dropped pick 6s in the last two weeks.

Baby steps but they were steps ib the right direction. I have said for a while add Bowman or Kiko Alonso to play beside Lofton and that defense takes a massive step forward. Add some depth so players can be rotated and it takes another step forward.

as long as the other team settles settles for 3s all is good. it matching 7s for 7s that gets us in trouble.
