Sean Payton cranks up intensity, morphs into 'Game day Sean' when stalking sideline

"If you've been here long enough, it's happened to all of us," said right tackle Zach Strief, who's been on the team since 2006, Payton's first season. Strief recalled Payton stomping up to him after he gave up a particularly bad hit against an opponent one year. "He came to the sideline and asked me, 'Is this too big for you? As in, is playing in the NFL (too big for you)?" Strief said. It sounds like a question that would be posed to a rookie. But it occurred during Strief's sixth season.
