You had a few more guys to rotate (healthy) last season...
They were at there best in those weeks when a healthy Jenkins started at NT - though Bunkley spelling him worked very well... Vaccaro paired with Jenkins seemed to really work well... And don't discount Glenn Foster's absence - that's been huge... We even had a healthy Jabari Greer for most of the season... Paying Junior all that money has just seen him ride it out - Curse of the Big Mo... I will say that my concerns are that Rob is trying to make his system as complicated as Payton's offense, and defenders who've got to read, assess, adjust just gave opposing offenses the split second they need to get by them... |
