Kinda feeling we may lose again, but it won't look anything like the one last week. I also feel there is a slim chance we could actually get out of this slumber and make a nice stand, regardless if we make the playoffs. I'm fine with that, just no more shame put on the family.

I'm fine with getting rid of him, it just isn't interesting news to me. He's not an impact player, and so if he's a cancer, so what? Who's listening to Joe effing Morgan's opinions? That's why I don't care that they cut him.

I will agree with someone on here, how about we toss a few coaches around, send some real shockwaves. They don't count against the cap.

The cap doesn't matter when you're dealing with quitters, and cancerous individuals, in general. You get rid of them.

If that hurts the cap, well guess what? That's what happens when your front office makes idiotic moves, throwing money around and pushing back guaranteed money to delay the inevitable. You put a rope around your own neck when you make those kinds of irresponsible decisions, and are left to just hope nothing happens to screw up your plans of restructuring your way out down the road.

This is yet another reason I've been so critical lately of this team and organization.

Im not understanding your point on being an impact player. You would feel better if we got rid of impact players? The reason for purging is to get rid of players who dont contribute. I dont get it.

We had a decent season last year with a promising future ahead....what the hell happened to this team this offseason? Did Greenbrier f**k us up that bad?

I swear to God it was the whole take it easy on the guys, etc

Maybe guys just couldn't turn the switch on to start working when it counted.

How bad do you have to suck to be benched for Jamarca Sanford and Marcus Ball. Wow!

Dear SP:
I am sorry to tell you this, but cutting Morgan is a f***ing joke. You want to shake up the team and you get rid of Mr. Eight-strikes-and-you're-out to send the message?

fail

Yeah, maybe for this year & a SuperBowl, but the NFC South is still anyone's ballgame. IDK, you're dealing with million-dollar divas, a player's union and athletes you thought could get it done. Personnel issues are a biotch. He, in all likelihood and up to now, had to have been giving them a chance to fix themselves. Gotta' draw a line somewhere,.

Come on bro, ... can't you see he's trying to clear that type of element out of the locker room? Maybe's there's a CFL/semi-pro team that's looking for someone to perform at halftime as well that might be interested. Have a blunt with dat' 40 and keep dreamin' ....

Mental? Like he's on medication or he's just too much of a punk kid to be responsible for his actions? It's very telling about the players you support. Questionable maturity, questionable professionalism. Let me guess, you have a Titus Young III fathead?

I don't support him or not support him. I'm indifferent. He's definitely flashed some impressive potential, so I wouldn't be surprised if the light switch came on and he came back to bite us in the ass. I think it's telling of your juvenile attempts to get my attention in this thread and a previous one, but whatevs.

If you're all in your feelings then be a man and say how you feel. We can debate. We can have a discussion. We can grow from it, or we can ignore each other from this day on. I'm cool either way. Can't call Morgan a punk, kid when you're the one acting as such.

I think I've been pretty clear, bro. You want to question someone's manhood or have a discussion, by all means, please accept my offer of a plane ticket, :). I deal with guys like you everyday, and honestly, I don't think you have the slightest clue as to what 'manhood' even means.

It's obvious you're in the Al 'not-so' Sharpton camp, or maybe it's just your way of trolling the board, IDK. Either way, it's too bad you don't bother to address some of the glaring discrepancies presented you when you post some of your stupid crap. That would be what is called a "discussion", eh?

I wonder what it is, exactly. You know I thought Joe had a bright future here and I'm disappointed that he couldn't make something happen with an elite QB and elite Head Coach.

Sometimes the best thing for both parties is a split so you could be right. Maybe a fresh start is what he needs.

On another note; what would it take to get Josh Gordon?

I think Jalen Saunders gets his shot to stretch the field and catch a few passes; and with how he returns punts; we might have found a winner!

Maybe so, but the back-to-back fumbled punts as a Jet really gotta make you worry a bit.

He ran a 4.41 and a 4.42 at the combine. Fast enough.

But at the same time; he had back-to-back 30+ yard returns Sunday...

Returning punts is one thing. Totally taking over a game is another. I've seen Gordon take over more than one game.

I want to see more from Saunders. Even as a PR/KR. But Gordon would dominate as a Saint.

Two 1st rounders I'd guess.

Re: Joe Morgan Waived

No way. There is a huge risk of long term suspension. No one would give two first rounders. That's for superstars with clean record and no one is trading those guys.
