I like junior and I see more hustle in him on defense than I do the rest. Problem most likely is his leadership skills. Being a captain on defense is probably too much for him. I can't diagnosis it cause I am not in that locker room but players like Strief & Brees should call a all captain meeting every other week to help the growth of leadership. They been on the team the longest while Lofton been on team a few years and this galette 1st year at captain.
