Re: After that performance
Definitely glad the seasons over, at least we'll have a top 10 pick to look forward to, that's at least some conselation
The nightmare for us is we have 4 more years of Jimmy Graham dropping routine passes and Brees throwing back breaking picks at the end of games And collectively, those 2 players make up about 30% of the cap |

Not to mention fumbling at the goal line ( yeah he was in but he shouldnt have fumbled regardless) |

Re: After that performance
Drew Brees is my favorite plsyer of all time. I don't believe he deserves the beating he often takes around here. The playcalling has been amateurish and predictable for the last 2-3 years. Coulston would be a #2 or #3 on many other teams. The offensive line has been beyond awful for 4 years, at least. The defense has lost leads and lost games that Drew had won on more occasions than I can count. And the passes that his "stud" TE has dropped the last two years are unbelievable.
All that said, his INT at the end of this game is truly inexcusable. I dont get it. How did he not see that corner jumping the route? Of all the heartbreaking things to happen this season, for me, this one hurts the most. |
