While they could vastly improve those guys from the SEC can win NOW. Jenkins, however, has been a backup, and when it comes to drafting defense Georgia is probably one of the schools to avoid. I was wrong about OSU though we should have drafted Roby. Meyer really does make the difference. SEC, OSU, FSU, Clemson, these are the schools to draft from.

Simply no fight from this bunch. 5 consecutive losses at home?
Wow, that is a tough pill to swallow.

Re: After that performance

A handful of players AND coaches - this franchise will be elite again.

Glad this team is done. Their disfunction was mind-bending.

So disappointed in the offense today.....

Re: After that performance

I will say that if we draft bad this draft I could see us at the bottom of the barrel. I can also see a solid draft and I mean a 1-5 and a couple FA we could easily be back on top, but no matter how good they could be there still needs to be a change of coaches. Vitt and Johnson need to leave and I'm on the fence with Ryan leaving right now to.Even if he has been dealt a bad hand from the beginning. I would look to trade some players also, contracts or not. I bet Benson is pi$$ed.

What would make you think he is pi$$ed? The Dome was sold out, all year, and pretty much already sold out for next year. Most people sent in their invoices and already paid for playoff tickets that aren't going to happen, which then roll over into next year. Benson is rolling in the dough tonight, counting his receipts. Not sure what the reason is anything would change.

So you're assuming the only thing Benson cares about is money?
I think you're totally wrong

Re: After that performance

I didn't get to watch the game today, but reading about it left a bad taste in my mouth. So I just licked the envelopes on all our Christmas cards. No joke.

Don't worry pal, I can sum it up for you

ATL had 16 sacks so far on the season, they had 5 against us today

Offense scored 7 points in 3 and a half quarters

Jimmy Graham getting paid nearly 10 mil to drop crucial third down passes and get tackled by cornerbacks that are barely 5" 9 and 175 pounds at best

Graham caught a ball at the goal line, appeared to cross the goal line and then falcons stripped it, refs ruled it a fumble because Graham's arms blocked the view of the ball on the replay

Defense gives the ball back to offense with a chance to win the game in a 2 minute drill

Guess what happens? Same thing that's happened all year, Brees throws a pick in the dying moments.

Total yuck. Bring back the gold pants. Or the throwbacks. Or pink lingerie. Anything to change this Superdome jinx.
