I agree with this and the under whelming performance of players also. but the saints need to get there heads out of the clouds and try to be cute with so many picks late in the draft to protect Drew. one or two players ever 4 or 5 years is not working.

Drew is hearing foot steps and has little faith in the OL. two years of taking a pounding does that to you.

Jimmy? I am still looking for a reason really. Injury? nope not with his cap hit. He did not step up as a leader. he let the players effect him rather than him effecting effecting the players around him.

Does he have what it takes to be a leader?

True. But the organisation set the team up to fail because they did not address the basics; the foundation of O-line and D-line, activating players fit enough to play every game, no change-up in games and from game o game so the opposition just knew what to do to win.

Drew Brees wasn't good enough when it mattered most.

Neither was Jimmy Graham. And neither was the New Orleans Saints' offensive line.

Get a better O-Line and then it will happen.
