I understood the point of why you posted that. I merely said I don't think it's funny right now, because while these falcon fans are melting down, we couldn't even beat their team. If somebody else thinks it's funny, that's terrific. I wasn't bashing anyone for laughing. I just kinda don't care about what their fans are doing right now.

Then you have wise guys that want to get smart with me over a point that clearly went over their heads. We suck right now. I'm not comparing overall resume's (though after the superbowl, there hasn't been a whole lot of difference). The undeniable fact is that right now, we blow.

I'm not just talking about this season. The amount of success we've had since winning the superbowl has been pretty even with them, with the Saints holding a slim edge in playoff victories. The only real bragging right we had was that, up until this season, we were beating them. And now we got swept by them. The only reason I specifically brought up the fact that we didn't beat them this season is because you, for whatever reason, thought that us winning a road playoff game last year gave us some kind of infinite protection from all other failures. Or at least that was the impression your comment gave me. I don't feel the need to be any more definitive than that. It was pretty obvious from the beginning.

They oughta' come up with some kind of reality TV show for Failclown fans ... something like Survivor where they put 'em all on island somewhere, or Big Brother/Real World where they lock 'em up in a house and watch 'em self-destruct,
