I am late to work i get the eye the first time. a second i get questioned. the third time i risk a pink a pink slip.

I need a raise so i do not go through this kind of mentally taxing abuse.

Lack of discipline, attention to detail and accountability ... get ya' killed out there every time, just sayin'. :neutral:. Sounds like the 'kids' just didn't take the whole thing serious enough.

I'd build it into any Saints contract that unexcused absences, tardiness void performance, roster, escalator bonus...

That will remedy us from continuing to be That Team

Hit the nail right on the head, many of us said Greenbrier was too easy on the players and caused them to have a lackadaisical attitude towards playing.
