He blew his ACL out twice. He never really had the opportunity to develop here or at Miami. He played very well here when he was healthy. Which was about three preseason games.

Ill give you Galette, Jordan, Harper. The rest are not established enough, or came from other teams, I am on the fence about Hicks because he took a big step back this year.

Of the list you have, how many visits to the pro-bowl do those players have? Two combined?

As you said, we draft poorly on the defensive side but this staff doesn't develop talent.

Edit:
I am not sure I would included Harper or Jordan after thinking about it. Both were 1st and 2nd round picks, development of 1st and 2nd round picks should be minimal, ideally they are guys that can be inserted into starting roles with limited coaching needed.
