I am looking at what he is and isnt doing on the field

When Cam smiles, makes those stupid dances etc for a first down, etc

You don't see any other qb ( well maybe Kaep with the bicep flex) acting that way.

Sitting on the sideline under a towel while other qbs are studying the opposing defense formations.

Kind of like kids slouching out with their legs on a nice sofa at a public place

Sorry, but thats what many people see
