Brilliant. Wonder why this is not obvious to more people. Ratings for Strief are misleading. He's a natural swing man and needs to go back to that. Of course, that would mean drafting a starting ROT.

I say fix the OL & then see if Drew's skills have diminished.

What really bothers me is that his size may be the ultimate factor in him leaving before Brady.

He's always flawless then. But this year he made some crazy decisions. And pressing isn't an excuse to me. He's a top 5 QB of all time. He knows better.

Knowing better is one thing, but when your pressing doing better is something else. It may not excuse it, but it does explain it.

When your QB is short and your offense is predicated on passing the ball.
You need a very good O-line.
We need to get back there

So do we all but honestly how many such defences do you see in the NFL per year nowadays? New rules have prevented much of that and players on all levels of football are worse when it comes to fundamentals than ever.

Re: Is it really our offensive line?

^Exactly, penalties will happen that will help offenses. It did this year. Refs fix games. Its always better to be good on offense than defense. I don't believe our defense was bad this year we came back against SF, and allowing 27 to Cincinatti is not bad when you consider we only had 10. The defense was worn out because of our offense. I don't believe Cincinatti was moving the ball every drive on us. We could not close in fourth though but the offense should never take their foot off the gas. Less than a two touchdown lead is never safe.
