And I'm thinking if the police arrested a local icon like Junior, they know he'd have a good attorney because he has money, so they have to make sure there is a strong case on him before they ever arrest him.

I don't know where you're from, but the police have no problem arresting people for he said, she said. Especially if it's a man vs woman case.
