Thinly layer pancake batter on a griddle, place a strip of cooked bacon(crisp or floppy, your choice) in the thin layer of batter, tack on another layer of batter and griddle until pancake is golden. Serve. Eat. Repeat.

If it was my plate there'd be a hell of a lot more pancakes, bacon and yes...that SHOULD be butter...and there should be more of it! Lol!
