 Mr. Brees has not represented the Who Dat nation well with this flapjack and needs to take cooking lessons, break down the tape of other chefs, and make adjustments. |

I had lessons from one Kevin Belton on one trip to New Orleans (In 1990s).  Worth every cent. For over a decade I had home-cooked jambalaya most Fridays. Last Saturday I had shrimp etouffee.
