We should start a fan based scouting department. We have plenty of members on here to look deep into colleges that would normally get overlooked. Might he an interesting project just to see who might be uncovered. I read an article by Daniel Kelly, who was a pro scout for the Washington Redskins after being a long time fan of the team that was pretty darn convincing. Fans can make the best scouts, let's prove it!!! Here is the link to his article if anybod is interested.
