Team had fire coming out of the 2012 season to be better. Everyone had something to prove, but once that wore off and the D was thought of as "good" they collapsed because the basic coaching fundamentals aren't there.
More importantly, and apparently what you don't get; we had 'player-coaches' last year with all of the vets. Even when the vets like Greer, Smith, Vilma and Harper weren't on the field they were coaching the players. We needed the veteran leadership so much because there is no coaching coming from the people under Ryan. Seems obvious to me... |
