Sad situation here that Rita and others of TB's kids, grandkids have filed papers and court could be next.

This is not good for many reasons.

The harsh comments here about Rita and the other grandkids, siblings are off to me and unjust.

The real question is "Why?" The need to end trusts? Why the need to put all of these things in Gayle's hands, control? Why the need to make her his main heir and give her control of it all and everything?

This girl , Rita, has proven herself , it has been said, to take over his portion of his business. She studied hard for years, learned, went to everything NFL and stared at the bottom. She has proven to be capable for her family business. I think her mother takes care of the ranching.

When TB dies, Mrs. GB will have more than enough money/stock/shares and things and everything. There is no doubt about that. She is, will be a multimillionaire several times over. Tens of millions.

So why?
