Dennis Allen's impact for the Saints

Interesting article on Dennis Allen here. Hopefully he can help out this year. I'll be interested to see what he does with more talented personnel. I didn't realize how much of an impact he had with us.

Allen - instant upgrade to our defensive coaching staff. If the Big Lebowski (Rob Ryan) doesn't get it together this season, his goose is cooked.

i always like dennis and am glad to see him back in the mix, plus it puts Rob in the hot seat big time.

Rob needs to focus on less. Too many moving parts in 2014 for him to handle IMO.

Allen monitors the defensive unit, adding value to all positions. Ryan dials up the schemes.

That's a forumla for success.

We had a pretty decent secondary while he was here, hell he got the most out of Tracy Porter.

As long as he and Rob can get along, I see no reason why this can't work...
