We need good players and good coaching. This "lack of leadership" story is getting out of hand.

Lack of leadership = perfect excuse for poor coaching and Draft/FA misses.

that locker room gave up.

do not get me started on Rob again.

they could care less if he keeps his job. it showed on the field

Nice ... there is speculation that he is headed back to the Jets. At least he is high on their list.
