Figures. What Joe did might not have been sportsman like, but wat Moss did was just vulgar. I guess it was because Joe actually used a prop for his little party, but still, the level or difference between the two fines doesn\'t make much sense to me.

He never \'\'flossed his butt\'\' on the goalpost...he faked mooning people..then started dancing..bumped into the goalpost...and was quickly joined in celebration by his teamates...that\'s it..there was no up and down flossing action at all...he recieved a minor fine..because..unlike the hit lynch gave..he wasn\'t risking anyone\'s health as a player...or ability to perform...

I don\'t think there\'s anyway to condone Moss\' behavior based on the ill-conceived behavior of some Green Bay fans. Moss is suppossed to be a professional, but certainly knows he\'s on TV. The other morons are not (on tv. I don\'t know about their careers). Bottomline is that the GB fans\' wrong does not make Moss\' action right.

As far as the flossing goes, I didn\'t see it like that. I had read a couple posts on this site before I saw video of the incident and was expecting much worse than that.

Honestly, I am upset they fined him at all. He pretended to moon them, which we all know now the Pack fans do to them EVERY time they leave Lambeau, and they do it bare assed. Also, he didn\'t rub his crack on the pole, he kinda wiggled back and forth on it and his teammates jumped in. Once I found out the Lambeau fans do it to them, I saw it as him getting some payback. It didn\'t hurt anyone. True, he\'s a player and he shouldn\'t do it, but we are all human. I know if I am playing ball and someone is heckling me all day I am gonna shove it in their face when I do something. Human nature. Especially if it has been going on for years. How long can you hold that in? Lynch coulda paralyzed that guy with that hit, a lot different from rubbing some opposing fans\' celebration back in their faces. Just my two cents.
Check this out......i agree with you. didn\'t Joe get fined 30k?

You know I did not see the incident because I was in bed with a killer hangover that didn\'t go away till 6pm. I must say though this is kind of getting too much attention. I mean it is sort of like putting too much ice in a beverage of your choice and after awhile it becomes too watered down that it is uninteresting. next flavor of pop please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The Artest incident was the latest flavor of soda pop. Before the Moss incident that is.

I\'ve seen fans grab their crotch, and flip the bird at opponents too.
I guess it would be ok for all NFL players to do that also.

I\'ve seen fans throw batteries at players.
I guess you think its OK for the players to throw batteries into the stands huh?

Its not too hard to tell from this topic what the approximate age of everyone is.

What does age have to do with anything? Do you generally have to be insulting when someone disagrees with you Danno? I think is the second time I asked you that. Some of us just don\'t have a stick up our arse and aren\'t insulted by everything we see on tv. You could go protest wrestling. You ever see how many kids there are in the stands and the stuff they show? I saw they were recently at the Lakefront arena too. Did you protest any kids going in or about the half naked men and ladies that perform? It was a retaliation to pack fans. Pack fans I speak to weren\'t even insulted case they know they do it. I can\'t speak for anyone else but I am 29. If I was 17, wouldn\'t make my opinion any less valuable. Did Moss mooning the crows physically harm anyone? That\'s what a battery would do. Quit with the insults dude. It isn\'t necessary.

Pot, meet kettle.
You\'ve done this quite a bit over the last week and you just got a taste of your own medicine.
I do that a lot. It gets my point across rather well.
