Him being here alone tells me Payton is to loyal. Another thing Payton does is hold onto players that are way past their prime, Vilma is the perfect example, 3 years to long. Loyalty can only go so far as a head coach before it does start to hurt or even kill a team. Another season of 7-9 and we might see how loyal Benson is.
