A question for the drafniks out there.
I'm aware of the needs out there, but here's one out of left field for that 16th pick:
Do you think there may be a stud OT available in that slot? Someone of the Roaf/Walter Jones/Ogden caliber? Riley has got to be gone right? And Stinchcomb is still an unknown. Finally Gandy has shown that he can be beat by good speed rushing DTs. Is there an anchor out there? Would it be a good pick? SFIAH |

If Jamaal Brown is there, he deserves a good long hard look.

A question for the drafniks out there.
Nice work Whodi. I agree that he\'d be worth considering.
As I recall there were a couple of good tackles who were considering coming out as juniors? Does anyone else remember hearing that? |

I\'m not sure about juniors. But 2 guys that I know for sure are going to start somewhere in the league are Wesley Britt from Alabama or Michael Munoz from Tennessee. Both could be 1st rounders and definitely should be looked at by the Saints front office.

There was D\'Brickshaw, who said he was going back to school, but now Blackstock has decalred for the draft so maybe D\'Brickshaw will change his mind. And if he does maybe Ahmad Brooks will change his. And if he does the draft gets a whole lot more interesting for us.

The depth this years draft has on Offensive linemen is awesome...not so much the tackle position..which I think Barron is the best prospect...
The depth in Guards is unreal...go to a site listing all the potential players coming out..and you\'ll see..there\'s a ton of seniors in those positions coming out this year...all with good potential...so..if you see us drafting a guard in the 4th round or even around there..you can be happy knowing he will likely be a very solid addition... |

A question for the drafniks out there.
Sorry to pee on the parade, but I smell a Sullivan-sized turd if we spend our 1st-rounder on an OT. There are some solid prospects, sure, but there ain\'t no Robert Gallery out there this year...

Actually, Robert Gallery hasn\'t been good enough to even move back to his natural LT position at all this year so if what you are saying is true, then O-line is sad this year. I disagree though. Brown and Ferguson are both studs. Terry ain\'t too bad either.
