Let the talks begin.
The Saints now have Gov. Kathleen Blanco's pitch to keep the NFL franchise in New Orleans through 2025.

The state officially delivered the proposal late Thursday, about a week after Blanco publicly announced part of the plan.

There's no word on when negotiations will begin.

The state and the Saints are showing solidarity in their silence about the schedule.
