The Quarterback Debate: When should teams start looking for next franchise quarterback?

Petty in the 3rd would solve the problem. Plus, he can actually win now. But, with many other needs to fill in a deep draft, and with Griffin having two years with the team, I doubt the Saints go for a QB this year. And I can't fault them. The window is closing on Brees and he needs all the help he can get.

Love the idea of Petty. Not sure he would be there in rd 3 though.
